In celebration of their February 26th show at the Brooklyn Academy of Music with the Brooklyn Philharmonic and Bell Orchestre, we're selling Clogs' entire catalog for one low price. Clogs are an improvising quartet that features Bryce Dessner (guitar/ukelele), Padma Newsome (viola/violin/piano), Rachael Elliott (bassoon/melodica), and Thomas Kozumplik (percussion). Their first release was Thom's Night Out, released in 2001. Then came Lullaby For Sue (2003), Stick Music (2004), and Lantern (2006). But the "contemporary classical" tag doesn't do justice to their cinematic, intense instrumental narratives: like Mogwai's, they tend to build to within an inch of breaking point."
